Free shipping applies to orders over EUR 80 or CHF 60, otherwise, a fee of EUR 15 will be charged for all European countries below this order value, excluding Switzerland and Liechtenstein, where the fee is CHF 8.

On orders over USD 90, shipping is free, otherwise, a fee of USD 30 applies.
We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
Standard FREE deliveries to the UK are tracked and most of the time a signature is required.
If you have opted for special delivery, it will need to be signed for. UK Priority Delivery is sent by mail and does not require a signature upon delivery. You can track your package by clicking on the link in your shipping email. For security reasons, all packages must be signed upon receipt. If you are not home during normal office hours, you can provide an alternate secure delivery address where someone can sign for your package. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept products in their original, untouched condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please return the product in its original packaging along with a copy of the packing slip. Only items purchased on abhatisuisse.com can be accepted for return or exchange. We do not accept merchandise purchased in a store. Only the price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is not covered by us and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund and send an email confirmation.

Returned products must be in suitable condition: unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Upon receiving returned goods, we promptly refund the paid purchase price.
Deductions may apply for damage or excessive wear, except for necessary handling.
We pack and ship your products with the utmost care, although unfortunately in rare cases some items may be damaged in the mail.
In case your package arrives damaged please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a return or exchange.
In most cases, we will ask you to return the damaged item to us via our returns procedure. However, if the product is not in suitable condition for this and you can email us a picture, we may be willing to waive this requirement.
