Free shipping applies to orders over CHF 60, €80, £80 otherwise, a fee of €15 / £15 will be charged for all European countries below this order value, excluding Switzerland and Liechtenstein, where the fee is CHF 8.

On orders over USD 90, shipping is free, otherwise, a fee of USD 30 applies.
We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
You can track your package by clicking on the link in your shipping email. For security reasons, all packages must be signed upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer with the carrier. If you are not home during normal office hours, you can provide an alternate secure delivery address where someone can sign for your package. Please note the total cost for your order does not include any import or duties fees. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct taxes, customs charges, and handling fees if any, are paid according to their own country's legislation. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.
All orders placed in the currency USD, GBP and EUR will be shipped from our German warehouse.
All orders in CHF are sent from our Swiss warehouse and therefore free of taxes and duties.
For other countries, customs and import duties are applied by local customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an estimated amount for this. We would kindly advise you to contact your local customs offices before placing your order. Sadly any orders with customs duties attached we can not refund for.
Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to ABHATI Suisse AG. We reserve the right to deduct any costs from your refund that we incur from parcels that are returned to us due to unpaid customs charges.
Please ensure you are happy to pay the import duty and any associated fees BEFORE placing an order.
Please note that in the event an order is returned to us due to reasons such as an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect the package, or failure to cover customs charges, we reserve the right to deduct any associated return shipping fees or other costs incurred from the total refund amount. We kindly ask customers to ensure the accuracy of their shipping information and to check with their local customs office to inquire about possible charges, in order to avoid any inconvenience.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept products in their original, untouched condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please return the product in its original packaging along with a copy of the packing slip. Only items purchased on abhatisuisse.com can be accepted for return or exchange. We do not accept merchandise purchased in a store. Only the price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Our return policy allows you to return goods within 14 days.
Returned products must be in suitable condition: unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Please note products purchased with a discount code or during a site-wide promotion are final sale.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund and send an email confirmation.

Upon receiving returned goods, we promptly refund the paid purchase price.
Deductions may apply for damage or excessive wear, except for necessary handling.
We pack and ship your products with the utmost care, although unfortunately in rare cases some items may be damaged in the mail.
In case your package arrives damaged please contact hello@abhatisuisse.com to arrange for a return or exchange.
In most cases, we will ask you to return the damaged item to us via our returns procedure. However, if the product is not in suitable condition for this and you can email us a picture, we may be willing to waive this requirement.
